Partnering
Partnering is an important
part of each and every DJI program. We are pleased that we have been
able to build outstanding partnerships with our customers as evidenced
by our long term, repeat business. We have provided our original Los
Angeles Air Force Base customer with 28 years of superior service. DJI
has instituted long term, formal partnering programs at many of our
contracts, including the U.S. Naval Academy, MD; Laughlin Air Force
Base, TX; Rock Island Arsenal, IL; NAS Whidbey Island, WA; and NAS
Pensacola, FL. Our
successful partnering programs have resulted in reduced costs and
improved service and quality. Principles of our partnering approach
include:
Collective
team education, experience, and expertise
Facilitator/neutral
third party
Clear
identification of roles and responsibilities
Empowerment
of key players
Development
of trust
Conflict
escalation procedure
Problem-solving
methods
Metrics
for assessment of successes
Our partnering also
encompasses a variety of organizations, communities, and businesses of
all sizes. We have formed successful strategic partnerships with
companies with similar goals and objectives in
order to
complement the services we can provide.
We've had great success
in partnering with small businesses around the world. DJI’s commitment
to partnering can be seen in our mentoring of two small businesses under
the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Mentor Protégé Program: Project
Resources, Inc., a woman-owned, 8(a), small business headquartered in
San Diego, California, and Innovations Group, Inc., an 8(a),
woman-owned, Hispanic firm with offices in Arizona and Washington.
By partnering with
small businesses, we remain committed to the small business community,
creating strong, mutually beneficial relationships. If your business

description of your company, services offered, and any other information
