U.S. Army Public Works Support Contractor of the Year

DEL-JEN performs public works at Rock Island Arsenal, our nation’s largest government-owned weapons manufacturing arsenal. Rock Island is home to approximately 6,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel who manufacture ordnance and equipment for the U.S. military.

DEL-JEN serves as the managing partner in a Joint Venture called RIIS. Our team was named Army Support Contractor of the Year for our excellent service at this historic site – the Arsenal’s original structures have been designated National Historic Landmarks and we operate and maintain one of the oldest swingspan bridges still in use on the Mississippi River. It’s our responsibility to make sure the base operates like a modern manufacturing facility while keeping its unique architecture intact.
