Centers
 Job
Corps provides comprehensive career development services to students
including academic, career technical training, social and independent
living skills, career readiness training and support services. The
unique combination of services provided in the Job Corps is intended to
prepare youth to obtain and hold gainful employment, pursue further
education or training, or satisfy entrance
requirements for
careers in the Armed
Forces.
At the Centers we operate,
DEL-JEN provides a comprehensive range of career development services
leading to employment and long-term attachment to the workforce.
Specifically, we:
Provide
academic, career technical training, social, employability, and
independent
living skills training.
Provide
health care, counseling, and other support services on an
individualized needs
basis.
Conduct
program operations in a setting that is clean, well maintained,
and safe.
Assist
youth in obtaining employment, additional education or training,
or entry into
the Armed Forces.
Provide
support to prepare graduates to maintain long-term attachment
to the labor
market or educational opportunities.
Integrate
Center operations with the local workforce development
systems, employers
and the business community.
DEL-JEN currently serves as prime contractor
at four Job Corps Centers where we are responsible for over 1,500
students that live and study on-campus.

Job Corps Center
