Construction Program Manager        

Location:  DEL-JEN Corporate Headquarters, Clarksville, TN

Position Description:

DEL-JEN, Inc., a nationwide maintenance and construction contractor, has an opening for a Construction Program Manager. This position is responsible for overall management of construction contracts including responding to, and review of Technical Proposals.  Additional responsibilities include:

Develop and oversee estimates and project budgets.

Coordinate proposals with engineering firms and subcontractors.

Interface with clients regarding technical proposals

and performance of contracts.

Work with Engineering firms, subcontractors and coworkers to

ensure that project specifications and design criteria are met during the design and construction phase.

Monitor and report to management on the scheduling,

progress, and budgetary status of the project.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Federal Government construction

contracts with an emphasis in DoD Design-Build construction.

BS in engineering or construction management plus 15 years of

construction management experience in all types of Federal and DoD construction.

Extensive experience with Government contracting

and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Strong Knowledge of LEEDS building design is a plus.

Up to 50% travel may be required, or as otherwise needed.
