January 14, 2011: The 89th Maintenance Group (MXG) supports sixteen Special Air Mission aircraft that transport the President, Vice President, Cabinet Secretaries, Congressional members, Combatant Commanders, and senior leaders.  During their Annual Awards Ceremony they paid tribute to two TW/DJI employees for their outstanding support of the MXG mission at Andrews AFB:  Fuels Distribution System Operator Robert N. Taylor for his safe and on-time refueling of over 12,000 aircraft - issuing over 37 million gallons of petroleum products with an outstanding response time and Lead Supply Technician Rose M. Brown for her meticulous processing of 15,000 receipts, 99.2% inventory accuracy rate in stock control, and her support of the Individual Equipment Section for deploying personnel.  Mr. Taylor (center) and Ms. Brown (right) are shown holding their awards with Project Manager, Leo Chase (left).

DEL-JEN's newest Job Corps contract, to operate the North Texas Job Corps Center, began on Nov. 1st.  Representatives from the Education & Training Group along with Corporate HR, Finance, Benefits, HSE, and Administration worked feverishly during the preceding weeks to ensure a seamless transition.
